No, you can make you own ID's to login in with. All you have to do is go to Service and Support on the CD and go to Enter Credit ID, and enter your CC info. You can change the ID and the Pass

No, the free trial can only be used on that code one time it was 12.95 a month i think, but i haven't played since Jan. so it may have changed. I got too involved in it. Very good game
