Sean, you have to give him more than just a couple hours... Wait until tomorrow night, THEN dispute. Check your paypal transaction to see if you can get his name, direct email and mailing address. You might be able to cross-reference to a telephone number that way. PM him with a return receipt request. Continue to check his profile to see when he's last been online. Give him a call and leave a message & be polite, but plain about how you will proceed if he doesn't contact you. I've found that is usually the best way to get things done and it's saved several several of my cz28.com purchases from going bad.

I pretty much did wwhat you said and finally got a message from him tonight. Seems everything is cool. Said he had some shipping issues. I should have it by Friday or Monday.
