F/S Pro Built 6-speed tranny < 100 miles

I have a new Rockland Gear race-prepped LT1 T-56 (good to 650 ft-lbs of torque). If you're not familiar with their Tranzilla units, here's a link:

http://www.rsgear.com/products/trans...rmance/gm.aspx

All race ready units from Rockland Standard Gear have steel 3-4 shift forks, Carbon fiber synchro rings, solid synchro keys, all components match-fitted, blue printed, Performance shimmed, and new OEM bearings.

This is the T56-016 without the Viper output shaft. I have less than 100 miles on the tranny (decided to convert to a TH400)

Cost is $1900 new, asking $1350. Local only but I'll meet you 1/2 way if you're in the NYC/Philly area.

Re: F/S Pro Built 6-speed tranny < 100 miles

I do have a receipt dated 06/09/10. Since then, I literally drove the car 15-20 miles to a shop to install, drove it home and took the car out once or twice and never got it back to the track. I parked it in the garage for the rest of the year and just had a TH400 installed.

I would suggest if anyone's going to race it with a big, sticky tires and an aggressive clutch to think about upgrading to the Viper output shaft. That would be the one weak link still in it.
