F/S - Colo: 95 - 02 FB/TA UK3 Radio Control Steering Wheel
F/S - Colo: 95 - 02 FB/TA UK3 Radio Control Steering Wheel
I have a graphite Firebird/TransAm steering wheel with radio control and SIR coil for sale. This allows you to add steering wheel radio controls to any of the higher end Factory CD/Cassette heads. One button has a small 2mm nick in it, to be upfront.
Includes the leather wheel, SIR coil, 4 3m splice locks, 3 extra feet of wire, and Airbag. Very easy to install, you pull the airbag (2 screws), pull the steering wheel (one nut and a puller). Remove the factory SIR coil (one spring clip and a bit of wrangling the wires out). Install new SIR coil (use coathanger to fish two new wires down the column), install new wheel, install the new airbag. Then connect 4 wires to the back of the radio:
power - Pin 9
ground - Pin 5
interior dim feed - Pin 7
signal source - Pin 14
Total time if you're taking it easy, 2 hours tops.
Fits 1995 - 02 Pontiac F-bodies and can be adapted to control most aftermarket head units with any one of several adapters out there (http://www.soundgate.com for instance).

(Sorry for the crappy pic, I'll try to retake another today).
Asking 150.00 shipped.
