They will not fit over C5 brakes unless a 1" spacer is used. I verified that this morning on a Camaro with C5 brakes on it.
If you are willing to use a spacer then these wheels will fit perfectly.

Yes I am, For the great deal of 1700.00 you can have the front wheels and tires along with the back wheels and tires, the lug nuts, and the center caps.
