F/S: 355TPI and T56
I'm thinking about selling this all to help fund my ever-growing LS1 swap.
Here are the basics:
350ci 2-bolt main '88 GTA motor:
-rebuilt august '03
-all new federal mogul bearings (mains, rods, cam)
-all new seals
-stock crank turned .010/.010
-stock rods resized, reconditioned, with ARP rod bolts installed
-new stock style pistons w/ new rings
-block was hot tanked, cleaned, bored/honed .020 over
-balanced rotating assembly and flywheel
-new Melling oil pump
-new Cloyes timing set
-GMPP LT4 hotcam (218*/228*, .525" lift, 112LSA)
-new GMPP roller lifters
-new TPIS zz9 valve springs
-new pushrods, valves seals, and valve job
-ported/polished L98 iron heads
-probably some more stuff I can't think of right now
-motor has less than 10k miles on it
-motor could come w/ or w/o TPI, headers, and MSD box
*This is the 2nd time I've gone thru this motor. The first time it dynoed 275RWHP and 330RWTQ but was NOT balanced. It should make very close to 300RWHP with some tuning this time.
'96 or '97 T56 transmission:
-out of a '96 or '97 z28/TA
-still has under 50k miles on it
-hurst shifter/Lou's short stick
-decent clutch, comes with another one too
-possibly needs a new slave cylinder or clutch (not alot of pedal left, but it still grabs hard and it doesn't have that many miles on it)
-comes with 3rd gen crossmember and dakota digital speedo reclaibration box
*I'm not sure on what prices to ask just yet. I'm thinking $1500 for the tranny deal and about $1500 for the motor with the TPI, headers, and MSD box. I'm not for sure on this though. Let me know if you or someone you know is interested. You can ride/drive it right now.... its still all together but not for much longer.
