Are these the extrude honed manifolds?

Well i have no idea. How could i tell.

 

I would say look inside the runners and see if they look polished or
smooth. If they have a cast look similar to the outside they are
probably not honed. All the rough edges will also be smooth and
the casting line will probably be gone.
