Hi. Up for sale is a slightly used Dual Cat style Ypipe for the 1996-1997 OBDII Fbody and a pair of stock exhaust manifolds(if you want them). These were removed from my car over a year ago and have been sitting in my garage since them. Read below for more details:


LT-1 Dual Cat Y-Pipe:

This is not the stock ypipe that came on the car, it is a Brand New GM OEM replacement that was installed at a local pontiac dealership right before I took the car off the street to start up its current build(which has taken nearly 2 years now, lol). This ypipe only had ~500 miles on it in sunny summer weather before I took the car off the street for the current project. Proof of the low mileage is the pipe itself. You know these things are not made of stainless steel so if it was at all weathered or old it would show. Well, check out the pictures below of mine to see that the pipe and cat look like new(it's still shiny)! There is NO RUST on this pipe(even the flange clamp is hardly rusted and you know how easily those are ruined).

I forget exactly how much this pipe cost, but I believe it was ~$700. This can only be replaced by a GM dealer so expect to pay megabucks to your local GM dealer to get one of these pipes from anywhere else. I am asking $175 for all of it, but I will consider BEST OFFERS over $125 for this y-pipe and the manifolds(if you want them). These items can NOT be shipped! I though I could ship the ypipe at first, but it turns out it will be more complicated and expensive then expected so this sale is for pick-up only (sorry). This ypipe is bascially brand new and worth much more then I am letting it go for. You won't be disappointed with it!! I am also providing the driver side catalytic converter/ypipe portion of the pipe that was not included/replaced when I replaced the main portion of the ypipe that is for sale. This is a stock piece and it has 32k miles on it. It was working flawless when removed and I don't doubt that its still in good condition. It looks fine both interior and exterior. Does not appear to be melted, burned up, blown out or anything like that.

Exhaust Manifolds:

****Stock Exhaust Manifolds can also be included if someone is looking for those as well. They have 32k miles on them also and are in were in good working condition when removed. However one does have a broken stud that will need replaced(couldn't avoid that, sorry). That shouldn't be a problem though cause I would highly recommend replacing all those studs/bolts if you did end up using these manifolds anyhow. They are a little rusty(liike you would expect), but its nothing a good blasting couldn't fix. Other then that they are fine. The person who ends up buying the ypipe can then decide if you want the manifolds as well...if you do, then they are yours!*****

Sorry I can't do $150 shipped(however I would consider doing $150+shipping). It will probably cost ~$75 or more just to ship this ypipe and manifolds. Ideally I would like for someone local to make this purchase, but I will setup shipping via freight services for you or anyone else that is interested as long as the buyer covers the fees. It might not be as bad as I am thinking it could be, but I know it won't be cheap. Let me know if you are still interested. yup understandable - if you could look into how much freight would be that would be great- i can have it shipped to a business where i work and that usually should be cheaper - also i just need the y-pipe and not the manifolds (dont think i specified)

i know i had an entire front clip shipped freight for only 50$ - but just let me know how much it costs - im really interested

....This stuff is still for sale to anyone that is interested. I am willing to accept the low asking price of $125 (or possibly even B/O) if someone can pick this stuff up by the end of this weekend. I just want to get it out of the garage! If nobody wants it this time around then I will probably just trash this stuff(ie take it to the recycle/trash place next time I go) since I have no use for it and its taking up more space then it's doing any good...so now is your chance to get it before it's gone.
