DO NOT DEAL WITH Ed Rico

This piece of crap buys my pc off of me and then obviously blows it up and attempts to give it back to me and then disputes the paypal payment so now he supposedly is sending me back my newly destroyed pc and get his money back from paypal.. Then Paypal gives me some big speel about how they are just going to give him his money back.. So I guess you can buy things with paypal and then dispute the charge and get your money back. I am thru with paypal and I am going to find this Ed Rico not 0only did paypal charge me for the transaction they will give him FULL refund....

i tell you i have got to where i only buy from vendors because this crap is bull****. it may cost a little more but it is better than getting ripped because the one time you do get ripped it will cancel the savings from the good dealings

for an example I buy a part from anyuser and break it installing it and then say I am giving you your broken part back and I want my money back. How is that possible? If you do not know what you are doing then you shouldn't be installing it. I bought quite a bit of stuff on this site and broke them by my own doing but I NEVER attempted to get a refund for my money or ship the part back.

Nope, they just decide by themselves to take the money according to my records and then you cannot close the account either. It's pathetic.

I would say:

Do not deal with paypal.

Basically they can freeze your account whenever they want, and fight like crazy not to be regulated.

The only way I would ever deal with paypal would be to take the money out IMMEDIATELY. I would never let any money sit there.

They let you keep a balance and pay interest on it, yet they aren't a bank (at least they say so). As such they aren't regulated worth a crap.

the bad part is paypal says someone is disputing their bill and there is no option to let them know any information they just have 3 buttons to choose from
1. give a tracking number to show it was shipped.
2. show that you have refunded someone money before.
3. accept responsibility and give the money back.

there is no option to dispute the original claim and I cannot close the account either to avoid paypal trying to take the money back. I swear once this is done I am no longer dealing with paypal whatsoever. I will also add more in depth details when I sell something that if you break it you own it. Even though I did add that to my description when dealing with him I guess it means nothing.
