Delteq

This is for a 95 f body. Has eveything you would need to mount on the valve cover or on the fan shroud. It is a complete kit. I have pics if needed.

Re: Delteq

Do you know if that is compatible with a '93 f-body?
Thanks.

It can be. The only thing you'll need to replace is the "opti box", which Delteq will do FOR FREE, so long as you send them your old one for an exchange. They will do this no matter if you bought it from them new or used through someone else. I bought a used Delteq here for my 93, but the guy selling it had it for a 95. I contacted Delteq, they sent me the right "opti box", I sent them mine, and got a perfectly good, but used Delteq for my 93!!

Re: Delteq

I've had it on the car for almost a year. As for it working on a 97, I think it should, but I would call deteq and verify that it will and they will tell you what needs to be done from there if it won't fit. Pics sent to those who wanted them.

That is a STEAL for this kit! Someone buy this up! I would have snatched this up if I didn't have one one already. Just FYI to all potential buyers: This kit will work with ALL LT1s. The only difference between the kits is the opti-box. There are 3 versions (I'm assuming 93, 94-95, and 96-97). If you don't have the correct box, you can contact DELTEQ and they will send you the correct box FREE, in exchange for your "incorrect box". I know this because I bought a used Delteq from a 95 LT1 to put on my 93 LT1. It ran like crap, so I contacted Delteq. They took care of me without any problems. Since I installed the proper opti-box, it runs like a GEM!!!!

Re: Delteq

good price, I'd send the money now if I didn't just have to buy a new opti. plus I just bought new OVC 9mm wires 2 weeks ago, so I'd hate to waste $100 for them and the looms. someone needs to get this soon.

I'd check your opti. The only functional part you need is the sensor. My cap & rotor was rusted out, but the sensor was good. Installed the Delteq, and it was smooth runnin'...
