D&Dwebsite advertises this to hold 650+ hp and sells it for 2600.

 

I think you have your facts wrong. Also, you should read rule #2 pertaining to the for sale section.

 

D&D trans for an LT1 is $1999 plus $799 for the 30 spline upgrade and $50 for the steel shift fork. That's $2847 plus shipping. Call D&D and ask them how much it will hold, you'll get the same answer I gave you.

 

well then, even if what you say is correct,it still sounds like a deal to me at $2250.
