FASTFATBOY: Thanks for the post.. Its not cheap to build these cars and its even harder to sell them when everyone wants to give you bottom dollar for it.
Well the way I see it, the guys cracking on you for what you are asking..#1 have never been in your position and #2 either dont want your car OR cant buy it. So why do people seem to have time to crack on you because of the asking price? None of thier biz if they aint in the market. Soap box off now, THANK YOU!

Re: Custom 96Z Rolling Chassis

Nope the car was not hit. It has tons of time in the body to get any GM imperfections out and 4 coats of Pearl Silver Paint with Tons of Hours in Wet Sanding and buffing. The Paint has the deepest coloring I have seen on a Camaro. Lots of Time and Labor and Materials in the Paint work.
Like I had Posted it took a First Place Trophy at its last major show and has placed first or second in every event it has been in. Custom Show Paint work is not Cheap.

Re: Custom 96Z Rolling Chassis

Trust me I know you can get Paint Jobs for Cheaper but you would have to see the Car to understand why it cost so much. The Stripes were custom done Black with a slight Metallic Flake in it and The Pearl Silver was a custom Blend so it all adds up. Yes I could have done it for less but I went this route with a more expensive Paint shop that only works on Custom/ Classic Cars so I knew I would spend more then the average shop.
