but the guy I bought it from (off this board) ran 10.80 at 127 with stock heads and cam. It's complete as far as I know since I never installed it. Everything in the pictures comes with it. I'm sure I can get you some pictures of it when it was installed on his car. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I made the hotparts for 1982z28with18s. He put the rest of the kit together. The hotparts and turbo will easily support 650-700rwhp thru an auto... even more with a manual tranny.
