I have a 305 for sale in South Jersey. The engine was rebuilt in 2000 by a professional engine builder in the area. Here are the specs:
-305 0.030" over
-Forged flat tops
-Stock rods and crank (all checked and machined)
-Aftermarket cam (not sure of exact grind but it is bigger than stock, emissions legal and has a nice noticeable idle.)
-Stock cylinder heads completely rebuilt and machined
-Stock H.O. mainfold with quadrajet.
-High Pressure Z/28 oil pump
-HEI distrubutor with Hypertech cap and rotor.

This engine has 60K on it and runs like a charm and doesn't smoke or leak a drop of oil. It went 14.8 in my Monte at 92 mph.
This engine is fire engine red with glassbeaded stain finished intake, and chrome Moroso valve covers. It is ready to drop right in and has all emissions equipment. Reason for sealing is I upgraded to the 350 (see sig) and it is taking up space in my garage. I am asking $700 which is a steal for how clean and well maintained this engine is.
