LT-1 out of a 1995 firebird formula. i wrecked the car around mid june 2003 and i need some cash to get another ride. i pulled the motror and tranny out of it. i also have everything else from it including the t-56. the car had 90000 miles before it happened. i want 2000 for the motor and tranny otherwise 1200 for the motor and 1000 for the tranny. The car never smoked or burned oil. very strong running motor. got anywhere from 15 up to 25 or 30 miles to the gallon. i live in new york and if you are interested, it wiuld be best if you came to get it. i dont kno how shipping a motor or tranny works. like i sed i still have the car. a few parts still salvagable are:

rear end
calipers
brake booster
master cylinder
clutch master cylinder
air bags
some stuff off the dash
radiator
drive shaft
steering box

How much are you looking to get for the rearend.. I assume it is a 3.42 since it is from a T-56 car. Did the car have Traction control ?

 

yes the car did have 3.42's. i am putting everything on ebay right now. i havent taken the rear out of the car yet. make an offer on it. where r u located?
