i will give you the best info i can...i have had if for a year probably...it was a gift...so i dont know what it cost...

the exact model number is esd-9150 cobra electronics...

how many suction cups are there? do you have all the ones it comes with?

...the reason I ask is that in the picture it looks like you only have one of the 3 suction cups
