This is a used 94-97 LT1 Comp Cams hydraulic roller camshaft (will work in other first gen SBC, has mechanical fuel pump lobe). Cam has long dowel pin installed for optispark drive.
Commonly known as the Comp 306. Part number is 07-306-8
Cam specs with 1.6 rockers are:

I got it from a buddy who bought it new and have never used it myself. I was going to put it in my 383 but I went with a custom blower cam instead. It looks to be in good condition and should work fine. I'll try to get some pics up when I get a chance.

 

I actually have another 306 cam on a 112 LSA for sale as well. Same price, has long dowel pin for opti.
