How are the crane rockers rated compared to Comp Pro-Magnum Rocker Arms?

They are a little fatter and the stock valve covers will need to be modified to get them to fit (just the center pieces cut out)

As far as the Brand I cant tell...All it says on it is USA The alt was only used for 15 mintues Because I bought the motor used and COMPLETE. I didnt like the red so I just used my old stock 1. I Believe it will fit the 97 but I would double check in the LT1 section because it came off of a 93 LT1.

Hope this helps
Thanks
