what are the requirements of using this cam? stall, exhaust, heads, etc?

You will need valve springs at minimum. Don't know about stall since I have m6. Headers and exhaust are good supporting mods for a cam.

what does the cam compare to? 306 or 503? or bigger yet?

I would say that it is very similar to the 503 cam but more lift. This cam has passed emissions here in Ontario and trapped 114mph with fully ported heads (2.02/1.60 valves).
