I am swapping to a T-56 and that is my only reason for getting rid of it. It is fully built.... 5 pinion planataries, Beast reactor shell, TCI shift kit with new clutches, bands, etc... it was built by a professional trans guy
(GM mechanic) and no.... he didn't miss lug nut day or anything like that. it runs great and shifts really firm. I have never used a sticky tire or taken it to the track. It has about 5K miles on it, and I have a stock converter in it. I am located in the florida panhandle.
