Brand New Hastings rings, Used Factory Pistons, stock rockers, springs
I have a set of Brand NEW in the box Hastings rings for stock Lt1 pistons. $50
I also have factory good condition USED Lt1 pistons with 97,471 miles on them . The cylinders were in good condition and still had the cross hatch pattern on them after 97,471 miles. The pistons come with the pins also. $55
Also stock 1995 Lt1 cam, $30
Stock valve springs $25
Stamped rockers $25
All parts are from the same engine, and I am still using the same block and rods. I blew a head gasket , and let it sit too long before I started working on the car, so some rust from the water in the cylinders formed , and I had to get the block bored and honed 20 over which off course means I had to get new pistons. The springs and rockers are left over becasue we put a cam and new springs and rockers in awhile before I blew the head gasket. The New rings are from when I went to one engine builder and attempted to get a new ring and bearing
job. He went out of business, and I barely got my stuff back. He did not finsish the engine, and just gave me a honed block and some parts back. When I took it to another place, they said the cylinders were slightly to large to use the stock pistons again without piston slap and possible damage, so I went 20 over and had to get new pistons and rings, and now I have the NEW rings and USED pistons left over.
Pistons, have NO rust on them.
