bmr k-member f/s

BMR tubular k-member, made to bolt in a traditional small block into an LT1 car. I bought it from a guy on here a few months ago but I no longer need it. For cash I'll do 275 plus shipping or trade for parts. I'm needing suspension parts (aftermarket), lt1 heads, 4l60e trans.

I have a 4l60E tranny that needs a little work. I had all the hard parts replaced and clutch packs. However I am pushing over 400rwhp. The tranny was built by futral motorsports. www.futralmotorsports.com. I think I blew the 3/4 clutch pack again. I won't need it since I am now going to a TH400. I am going to bring it to allan at futral motorsports to verify what is wrong. If it is the 3/4 clutch pack I would be willing to do a trade of the BMR plus cost of the 3/4 clutch pack replacemeny by allan. The tranny already has over a 1000 in parts and labor. It just couldn't hold my 383.

Later,
JoMo

It will fit in a 97 LT1 car but not if your putting an LT1 motor in it. This makes it possible to put a traditional small block in an LT1 car. I can ship asap. Just let me know.

I must be missing something...I thougt the LT1 had the same motor mount locations and what-not as a GEN1 SBC. I didn't think 3rd gens needed a new 'K' to get a LT1 in?

The blocks are the same size but an LT1 has entirely different motor mounts. I was going to have to do some serious fab work to get an old school motor in my car so I found it was cheaper to buy this kmember. With this kmember you won't be able to have an LT1 in your car only a traditional small block. I can get some pics sunday and let you know what I'm talking about, it's just like a regular tubular kmember except for the mounts.
Just let me know where to send pics too. Thanks
