That's a nice way of treating people that wanted to spend money with you! I had already uncovered the fact you are a liar, you didn't like getting busted so you delete the thread and start to harass me via PM? So be it....... sooner or later, it all comes back to bite you. What lies did you catch him in? I see he is obviously a Jerk, but i think people would want some actual evidence, in order for them not to deal with him.

 

he got me for 120.00 on a shifter he sold me on oct 20 and he said he would send it when pay pal cleared the transaction 5 days later and still to this point i have not recieved my money that i want back i dont want the shifter anymore i dont wanna give him my business oh here i got his cell # he never answers936-870-5062 his name is douglas moore and i never got my money so i think his pay pal account is froze till he sends money back but dont buy anything from him makes fake excuses doesnt answer phone or emails ill post more in another thread i dont want any one to get ripped off like i did. then he tells me he never said anything about returning my money but he emailed me that he has no problem returning money,i guees he didnt remeber. im still waiting for my mmoney that you said you couldnt return me because you said you had already bought a waterpump with my money i guess he doesnt have any other way of making money but by taking it from other people. people work hard for their money and idiots like you are what make people not wanna purchas anything from the internet or these forums.

 

 

Without his for sale thread, it will be hard to point out the timeline. The reader's digest version is that I responded to his ad that had not garnered any interest in weeks of "TTT"s, he started getting lowball offers. I saw that and decided to buy them for what I thought was his lowered asking price, but that was a mistake on my part and was $10 short. People do make mistakes and that was mine. He had obviously read my private messages as confirmation was received back. Then the games start. He pretended that he didn't read them and when I pointed out that I had confirmation that he did read them, he gets arrogant and flippant. He now has changed his mind and is keeping the parts, he deletes the thread which easily points out that he isn't truthful and continues the attack via PM and tells me to stick it up my mom's @ss. A very ameturish and childish way of conducting one's self and definately shows the kind of person we would all be dealing with. I usually would just let something like this pass, but I smell a rat.... the board members should take note for future referance.

Yes, dmoor is AKA facelessz, and somnabulist (sp?) I called him out before after he gave someone the runaround on some parts........

shifter was gonna be in the mail again TODAY before you lost your patience and filed some bs on paypal. now you're gonna have to wait until i come up with your money. if you withdraw the crap on paypal ill send your shifter out. if not, youll have to wait even longer before i come up with your money.

this guy also didnt mention that he insisted I send him a complete set of lowering springs BEFORE he paid a dime for them!! He then got all upset that I wouldnt send them and ALL OF A SUDDEN he says "well its good you didnt send them because I ran out of money" At least im willing to make good of the situation by sending his shifter. Now its too late cause he filed a complaint through paypal...now hes gonna be waiting...

 

ive never hidden the fact that im somnambulist, facelessz, or this name. everyone whos purchased something off of me has received their part. i admit it may take me longer than most to send something, but ive always made good of every deal ive completed.

 

The thread is missing because Im no longer selling the springs. You got all huffy puffy when I decided to keep them and not sell them to you for $125. I didnt feel like letting them go for $125. How could you get mad in the first place?
