This is all one big load of crap. A bad seller is a bad seller, not necessarily a scammer. Just because they guy doesn't give a rats @ss about delivering in a timely manner doesn't mean he doesn't have the intent to deliver. It does mean he is a lazy @sswipe with nothing but contempt and flippant answers to anyone that calls him into question. This guy is a total jerk and this should be locked and archived for all to see as a classic example of someone who you should avoid like the plague. Oh, and don't start with the "kids' and "children" routine. Just because Some of the members are young, doesn't mean All of us are. I am twice your age and obviously quadruple the ethics as does most everyone on here that you are screwing around with.

Obviously a misplaced childhood....... learn to freaking spell, deliver parts on time and you'll gain respect. You are the one acting like a freaking child by not delivering what you promise in a timely manner. Do that to the IRS and you get fined. Do that when paying a traffic ticket, you get a bench warrant for your arrest. Show contempt to the judge, you get jail time. Your childish attitude a flaming others when you are clearly at fault is what is childish. You need to get ahold of your life, retake a few classes on the English language and quit trying to play people for a fool. Actually, no...... keep doing what you are doing. Statistics show that people like you will most likely continue on to bigger and better crimes and eventually get caught. You'll end up in jail with a 500 lb cellmate who just loves boys and become his love toy. Then again, us taxpayers will be picking up the bill for you 3 squares a day. might be worth it after all.

People need to calm down, its the weekend for ****s sake. Give him the chance to get stuff shipped out on monday (or maybe he already did). If **** dont show by the end of the week then take action, if he's taking the action to make things right then let him.

Just keep the thead alive till then with some bumps ( not insults or threats) and give ole Kenny boy a chance to re-deem him self

i would just like to talk about cars to you. i am a guard in nashville off trinity lane. just everything was blown way out of porportion. the parts will be there. this week. i gaurantee it. hey muchz i will just send you the money out express monday so i can prove my point on getting the money back to you this week. unless you just want me to send the block which will more than likely get there friday you call it up to you.

 

Well then I think we should be cool if they get taken care of then no prob. I work for the Nashville PD West at nites usually. I know where trinity lane is at I drive it everyday over and over. I just want to see this taken care of.

odd... i'm not usually the one who sides with the guys who are accused of being bad sellers or con-artists, but this time, i gotta stand up for flippinz28. hell, i've been accused of being a bad seller by some herb who damaged a cd player i sold him for a whopping $37 to do him a favor. and i would have to strongly disagree with the whole bad seller ****...

i did business with flippinz28 less than a month ago. not only did the transaction go smoothly, this guy actually helped me out a great deal. i blew the seals in my power steering pump, and i needed to replace it badly. the sucker would leak like crazy... fill up the resevoir and 20 minutes later, it'd be empty. i spoke to flippinz about this when he responded to my WTB post. he said he had one out of a 93 camaro that he would sell me. he said he would sell it to me cheap cuz he didn't need it, so he would do me a favor. he said he would sell me the pump WITH the pulley for TEN BUCKS plus shipping. he called it an EVEN EIGHT DOLLARS for the PUMP AND THE PULLEY... and, on top of that, he let me pay him with a personal check thru the mail, and as opposed to waiting for my check to get there and clear... he sent the pump the VERY NEXT DAY and just told me he would send it in good faith as long as i sent the check the next day as well.

low and behold... three days later the pump arrived here and my check arrived there. $18... the pump actually cost him nearly $10 to ship... $9-something according to the packing label. so i paid just over $8 for a power steering pump... that works GREAT.

maybe other people have had bad experiences with him, some have had okay experiences with him, and i had a great experience buying a part from him. people do have problems and sometimes they can't help things. hell, i know i've had problems getting parts out before... **** happens. give the guy a break, i believe he means well, and i don't think that if he would give someone the benefit of the doubt that he didn't even know... that he would really try and screw anyone over. give him a chance to make it right, i think he will.

and you know somethin' else... if i'm flippinz... being accused of **** and having people talk **** to me and rag on me for being a piece of **** and a horrible person and talk about how they're gonna track me down and beat my ***... then, you know what, **** you. i wouldn't wanna hurry **** up either. hell, i'd be convinced to just rip you off because you were already so convinced that i had instead of giving me a chance. **** happens and people **** up sometimes... hell, i'd be pissed too if i was getting strung along. but, sittin' there and talkin' all this **** doesn't do any good. let the guy breathe, and take his word... if he still ****s you over, then go after his ***.
