Re: ARP Studs

NOpe. I paid $40 for them locally. $30 plus $6 shipping is more than fair.

Re: ARP Studs

Where is the savings? As he said earlier, Jegs has for $29 and change. If you are buying other items from Jeg's, there is no shipping. ?????????

Re: ARP Studs

For retail price. I'll buy them new! No risk, and returnable if they don't fit.
Good luck!

Re: ARP Studs

Ahh they are new if you can't see, you must be blind.

And like I said I paid $40 for them locally. I'm already losing on this.

if you buy stuff that doesn't 'fit' you need to step back away from the computer and sell your car.

As for risk, I've sold plenty of stuff on this board, and other boards ie:

http://impalassforum.com/noncgi/ulti...;f=37;t=000704

http://ls1tech.com/forums/traderratings.php?u=42771

All recent deals. I've bene with paypal for a while now, and I take POSTAL Money orders.

So I would say the risk is just as bad as buying from anyone.

I'm sorry I won't accept your lowball

Re: ARP Studs

Listen, don't get all uptight! I'm not trying to insult you. You seem a little sensitive. It was just an offer!

But here's the reality of it:
Just because you over paid for an item, or maybe it has gone down in price since you bought it, doesn't mean it would be unreasonable for me to offer(not lowball) you a price of $5 bucks under current MSRP! I mean come on, what's your definition of lowball. Personally, I try to pay 40%-70% of what an item cost's new. That turns out to be a good deal for both the seller and buyer depending on item.
And as far as risk goes, there is some, like it or not! Besides the fact that you are a self proclamed outstanding citzen, lets say there is a defect in the product. We'll, too bad. No returns, No manufactuer's help! No 800 number without receipt! Or maybe, I just change my mind, no problem I can return them if I buy retail.

I have a friend like you that tries to get what he paid for everything! You know what? He's got a lot of crap sittin' around doing nothing!
If your not using it and have no plans for it, sell it. Take a loss and make some $$. Or start building shelves, you'll need the storage space!

That's what I think! And no, I'm not blind!

Re: ARP Studs

how am i trying to get what I paid for? I paid $40. $30 DOES NOT EQUAL $40.

And I have the receipt to go for it. So you still have a warrantee.

And summit DOES NOT sell at MSRP. They sell below it.

For someone that wants to save shipping this is a good deal.

Having these Rocker Studs sit isn't going to kill me either. Thanks for the bump

$30 shipped
