Yea it does suck i guess this guy is Notarius for doig this he has scammed tons of people over the years. But I guarantee that I'll get my money back one way or another. I don't care if it costs me twice as much as I've lost now, It's the principle behind it that pisses me off. I'm making a list of any one who wants to join for people who have been scammed by this guy and i'm calling the Albany PD about it. The more names I get the more the police will be inclined to do something about it. Plus if you give me your name I might be able to get some of your money back as well.

Man I hate to tell you this but the cops will not do anything for you. They will tell you it has to be settled in court because you have received something therefore it's a civil matter. Paypal will do the same thing because you received something they will not reverse the transaction. Trust me been through this 2 times the only good thing for me it was for low money values. You only have two choices take him to court or show up at his doorstep.

Big mistake. Anyway no one was scammed it was a mixe up in packages, we are settling it thru email.

Ok here is the true test. I have have sent his heads back to him for $45.92 and gave him the tracking numbers. I paid him $850 for the heads. That makes a total of $895.92. If he is not a scammer then he will back me back the money he owes me. If he doesn't I have already talked to Discover Card and I will call their fraud department again and they will take legal action. I'll never make a paypal payment again without using Discover Card to pay for it.

 

Well I guess I was right about him being a scammer. I sent his heads back to him and I gotten no reply from him since he signed for the heads. He wont call me, refund the money, or even respond to my emails. I'm calling Discover cards fraud department back to formally file a complaint so they can go after him now. I hope they put him up on fraud charges and he goes to jail for awhile. That will be the only way he will learn.

 

What exactly do arf heads look like? I've heard of afr heads.
