Anyone interested in a SBC 406? $1600

Edit: $1600 Picked up, or + Shipping Make offers...
Just guaging interest right now. I have a 406 long block in pieces ready to be put together, but no car for it to go in. I bought it a few years ago as a potential project for my older 90 Firebird. Well needless to say that never happend. Right now my Z28, and 240SX are consuming all of my money, and the wife is really getting on me about "the engine that I don't have a car for".

Anyway its not a monster, but its got a lot in it.
Here goes...
Short block:
Block was milled (.010 I think), quinched, and blueprinted.
Cylinders were bore matched to the pistons.
Pistons are KB Hypereutectic 9.6:1
Crank, and Rods are balanced (supposedly the pistons were too, but I cant see anything taken out of them...so I am not sure).

Cam = 230 @ .050 Lift, 308 total, .452 Lift, 114 LSA (brand new)
882 heads, with larger valves.

New everything else (timing set, oil pump, bearings, rings, gaskets, etc)

I hope I am not leaving anything out.
Anyway I am in no rush to sell it. I could eather build it first or leave it apart (note I havn't built an engine before, but part of the reason I got it was to learn how to build it. I would have experienced people helping me).

I should be able to get pics upon request (I dont have any good ones, but if someone is interested I could drive out to where I am storing it and take some)

Thanks,
Dolby

With all the parts that you have that go with it, what else would it need to be put in a car and start it up? do you have anything else that goes with it, or just the longblock? basically, a person would need a carb/intake/starter/ignition/headers... to get it running?

Yeah, I do have the intake manifold, and oil pan. But you would need a carb/starter/headers.
I can get parts cheap from my job so I could throw in any needed parts for 20% off.
