Anyone dealt with GixXxinRS????

Just wondering, apparently it looks as if things are going downhill in our transaction.

I sent him money for tires on 1/07/04, actually thats the day he recieved it. I was told 3 days later my tires had been shipped to me. Well i waited and about a week later he told me UPS would not accept them.

I said ok. Then he told me a few days after that, that he shipped them via mail boxes etc, this is 1/20/04. and that id have my tracking # soon. Well i never got that tracking # after multiple emails.

1/30/04 he tells me that they never shipped and that im going to get a refund for my tires, and that he has filed a return to sender form. But i had to wait to get the refund until after he got the tires back.
Which confused me because if they never shipped then why do they have to come back through the mail to the sender??? I also asked why i had to wait till after he got them back for me to get my tires, when im obviously not going to be getting them in the mail. Right? I mean should i have to wait for my refund?

So now here i sit and wait. with only a email on 2/03/04 saying my refund would be mailed ASAP.

Im beginning to worry alot because i already had to go and buy another set of tires out of pocket to replace those. And the fact that we exchanged emails on a daily basis up until 1/30/04. Ive asked him to call me just to tell me everything is coming so i atleast feel better. And i dont know if im starting to worry too soon, but I feel i have waited long enough.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has bought from him and had a good dealing because i kinda want some reinforcement that im gonna get my money back.

Thanks,

Ford
