These came off my 97 Z28 and were fully operational when they were removed from the car and are sold "as is", but as I say were fully operational. The ONLY reason I am selling these parts IS I am completely refabbing my Z28 to show condition and everything, literally everything is or has been replaced. In as far as cost of postage, I will only use the USPS and I will take the item or items to the Post Office and have weighed so you know exactly what postage is gonna cost...not trying to make a buck on postage as some do!
