Post 94-95 LT1 Engine Wire Harness

I have a spare LT1 Engine wiring harness for an automatic transmission for sale. I have had it for about a year and a half, as I was going to convert my manual car to an automatic for racing purposes.

I have since abandoned that thought and I am sticking with the manual shift as a daily driver.

So, I have this spare harness for sale. I purchased it used, and was assured it was complete. I inspected it and found no cut wires, so I assume it is complete.

Looking to get $100.

Just a thought, but knowing the year might be helpful for some. The '95s have some different connectors than 93-94. And of course the 96-97 ('95 Cali Emissions too) have more O2 Sensors.

I purchased it used, as I was going to put it in my 95 T-56 car when I switched to an auto tranny. So, I dont know the details, the guy only said it would work.

So, do you know how to tell more about it? Are there numbers stamped somewhere that would help me track it down better?

Again, can I get some details? What leads you to make this statement? I want to figure out exactly what it is for so I can sell it correctly.

Many Thanks!

Take this for what it's worth. I had the whole engine with harness out of my 95 z28 a couple of times. I removed pcm and 2 or 3 connectors from under glove box and fed thru firewall there. I just sat it all on top of the motor and rolled it out the bottom. I found this easier than removing all the wiring from the engine while in the car. There was no fuse box with it. It looks like an LT1 harness to me. Yours appears to include the underhood electrical center (fuse and relay box) and drivers side firewall feed thru.

Well how does the harness hook up to the fuse box? Just curious because my 95 firebird has a fusebox under the hood...
Thanks,
Cody

Maybe thru the connectors on the passenger strut tower? That's where I disconnected I think. I did not remove the fuse box. A wiring diagram might help. Try posting this in one of the technical forums (like lt1 engine). Someone will know.

A Caprice police car (RPO 9C1 or SEO wiring in the FSM) might have some extra power leads to the passenger compartment for auxuliary equipment. These schematics might show the differences. http://ss.lencolab.com/

The B-Body harness works nice for a third gen LT1 swap. This is what we used on my son's '91. The PCM can be mounted behind the driver side headlight just like in the B-Body.
