'94 115mph TransAm instrument cluster F/S

nothin much special about this. removed from a parst car. has only the 115mph speedo, must have been the 2.73 gears in the car. Anyway, i heard people are putting these in impalas or something. thought someone might want it.
make an offer
i think the odometer reads about 90k
(not that i would condone this or anything, but someone could swap this one for theirs, then if they ever need to sell, one could put their original back in and the car would appear to not have "aged") --- of course i would never do this =)

I'll buy the plastic lens that goes over the top of it. Mine is all scratched up and has spots on it that I can't get rid of . If your willing to separate I'll take that.

If anyone buys this to make their car look like it has less miles, is a real *******. For anyone that does this, i hope you get runover by a car and die a slow death.

I'm sure no one would ever try to make it seem as though their car has less miles on it. If someone replaced theirs with a different odometer, i'm sure, also, that they would report an odometer discrepancy to the DMV so a potential buyer wouldn't get screwed. However, any potential buyer would also, assuming they're smart, run a carfax report on the vin # to check prior odometer readings Enjoy.
anyway, I wouldn't mind separating the plastic piece except that it's almost not worth the.. oh $5 you'd probably pay for the piece. I usually try not to deal in smallish 2 3 5 dollar amounts like, hoses, fittings, brackets, etc. I actually detail at a chrysler shop, and we get a lot of scratches out of plastic by buffing it lightly with the orbital. Try getting some Meguiars diamond cut 2.0 and then some hand glaze, buff lightly with both. you might be able to get most of the scratches out. (I actually used to get scratches out my CD's by using the buffer at work)

FIREBIRDMIKE: I'm not looking to make serious money on this or anything. Maybe $45 shipped? the 155mph speedos are going for around $100 right? guess 45 for a 115mph sounds fair to me. let me know what you think
