what brand is it? doesnt really look like my factory ss hood.

as for it looking rough, its just dirty looking, looks straight but not the best shape of the scoop

Its not a factory SS hood. The car has been sitting for a few months so its really dirty. The kid that owned the car before me shot some flat black paint on it. Besides the dirt/paint its in really good shape.
