Is this the overlay style that does not require removing the needles. What color does it light at night

you have to manuever the overlays around the needles, but do not have to remove them. The only problem i had with them is that i didnt hold the gauges down well enough and they would stick...some doulble sided tape could easily fix....they are blue when the lights are on...
