I am upgrading to an LT4 intake, i took the liberty to invest a bit into the intake that i took of my car. i welded up the outside @ injector locations, and have ported the runners. the intake is powdercoated blue, and could have it powder coated another colour. also since the welding of the outside of the intake the powder coat is not 100% anymore

it has already been ported to accept a monoblade, so you can put whatever you want onto it, the motor won't mind
sorry no pics

as far as the porting is concerned

steven,
I did weld them up, i can dril and tap them if that's what it takes to sell the intake. but let me tell you why i welded those holes up as well. the angle the fogger nozzle is inserted is very small with respect to the angle the wall is at on the intake, so when it is drilled and tapped there is very little actual thread engagement. what i had done when it was welded was i had a bit of extra aluminum welded ontop the outside of the injuector where the fogger nozzles go. i hope this makes sense. like i said i can do the labour to drill and tap the holes for the nozzles, but that is extra. a couple of the original holes barely held the nozzles in, that is why i had to add aluminum, one of the fogger nozzles came out in my hand, talk about good workmanship! not!
