Sold the heads/intake/cam/supercharger/headers, for the asking price, thanks guys! Now have parts remaining some with REDUCED prices!

Update 4-22-2012: Sold the twin pumps for asking price.

Update 4-23-2012:
Sold the injectors for asking price.

I love this car... but... I've had it for 13 years!!!
In 2007 I spent some cash on a forged splayed 383, the best LT1 head porting avail, and all of the other supporting mods to make 700rwhp on 91 octane with 14-15psi. (had a bit of help from http://www.advancedinduction.com/ as I basically copied an engine Advanced Induction already built!),

Anyway.. a baby is on the way and time to sell the entire car or engine, but will part out. No, I am not giving up... I have a new toy but this has to go to pay for some of that!

For Sale: 1996 Trans Am in great shape, 102,696 miles on the chassis. 8400 miles on completely rebuilt forged 4 bolt splayed 383 motor.
There no bugs with this motor... of those 8400 miles it's been to the track one time.. that video is below along with a dyno vid showing 7-8psi and 570rwhp and climbing though I let of throttle. The rest of the time it was driven to work (15miles hwy each way) with the occasional full throttle blast. To prove how little abuse this motor got I bought new Nitto Street drag radials right after the 383 rebuild and they are still beyond 1/2 full tread (4 years later!)

Here's some pics.. the procharger pics are taken today.. some of the others were pics I took when putting together the motor: http://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f274/dookie454/

You can see in video below, its the TA, not the Formula. Will part it out if necessary. Prices are below. I have ALL receipts!!

Everything is in great shape, low miles, no oil consumption or weird noises.

Dyno picture is attached of an identical engine setup but at 14-15psi on advanced induction’s website is attached to this email, making 700rwhp (~780hp) My dyno video is below at ~7psi making 570rwhp at 6200 but would have made more if I kept revving.

I’ve never had a problem with any of it, engine, procharger, trans, clutch, axle (I just avoid doing neutral slams from a start and avoid full drags slicks). With the Nitto street drag tires I have now, ½ throttle in 1st and full throttle in 2nd, everything’s been fine.

Original Setup: ~7-8psi 570rwhp Dyno proven (with video on youtube [autostream]http://autostream.com/camaroz28/?page_type=firebirdplayerthumbnail&framepage=2588& transactionid=1334630851-661885779&posted_by=dookie454_www.camaroz28.com&yo utube_video_id=JTIh0fpvspw[/autostream]) of 570rwhp and would have been higher if I kept revving. ~650engine HP at 8psi on 91 octane, no meth or additives.

At 5 degrees less timing ran 124mph in ¼ mile, full weight, video also on youtube:
This car is not the beat up Formula with the guy taking his hood off that I focus on for a bit:

Re: 700whp LT1 92 octane 13psi FOR SALE

Would you be willing to ship the shortblock, or shortblock/heads cam combo? Im looking at having a motor built for boost and this seems decent. Do you have a build sheet for it?
PM me if you dont mind!

Yes I will ship it anywhere.

This combo is awesome, very solid setup. I was planning on boosting 15-20psi with an F1 procharger, but changed plans.

The most it ever saw was about 11psi. Oil pressure is around 30idle and 45 revving, hasnt changed since new.

I have tons of pictures and should have all of the build info, the builder wrote alot of specs on the caps/rods themselves and I took pics of all of that.

I will try to post a link to the pics and documentation later today.

Sure, I will part it out if the motor goes first. Here's some pics. Some of these pics are current, some are when I put the motor in.

Yes $2500 for everything, all pipes, bolts, nuts, washers, hose clamps, even the check valves you need for the optispark, or everything that I can get off and not lose in the process.

One big plus here is most things are still assembled.. like 3/4 of the piping elbow's, all of the vacuum lines, all of the brackets, this stuff confused me as hell when I installed it new since it was all packaged separately. Every single bolt, washer, spacer, elbow.. everything had it's own container. These peices are still mostly connected, so everything is mostly where it belongs.

It might have 10K on it total, but 9500 were at 6-7psi, last few 500 or so had 13psi pullies. It looks pretty much brand new still.

The only thing it doesnt have is the stock FMU but it's better to tune it rather than attempt to get that thing working.

Nice, well I am very interested in the procharger setup. When do you think you will make the decision to part it out or sell it whole? Please let me know asap and I we will go from there.

Thanks

It's officially being parted out.

Intake is off.

A guy may be buying heads, intake, cam, complete procharger, pacesetter longtubes Saturday. They would have been sold to him today however I had family plans and couldn't change.

If this guy doesn't buy these items like promised then it goes to the next guy offering listed prices unless I find something wrong with the pieces as I disassemble.. so far everything looks perfect. It ran perfect so no reason for a surprise.

I hate to part with these pieces.. but 13 years with the same car is a long time!!

As far as the procharger goes... for $2500 it includes everything, all pipes, bolts, nuts, washers, hose clamps, even the check valves you need for the optispark, or everything that I can get off and not lose in the process.

One big plus here is most things are still assembled.. like 3/4 of the piping elbow's, and they are directionally correct meaning they WILL FIT, all of the vacuum lines, all of the brackets, the spacers for the crank pulley.. all this stuff confused me as hell when I installed it new since it was all packaged separately. Every single bolt, washer, spacer, elbow.. everything had it's own container. These peices are still mostly connected, so everything is mostly where it belongs.

I'm even giving the fans with the setup since it had to be modified to fit (procharger supplied the spacers but again.. huge PITA).

You slide this stuff up in there where it seems like it will fit.. and your done.
