4th Gen LT1 radiator
Used for about 500 miles. I had it on my '95 formula, but now I'm going a different direction with my car. Basically new! $80 shipped. Eric Bazan

Well, it does have the provisions for the cooler lines I believe. I can double check and let you know. I did, however, use it with my six speed formula.
