4th Gen F-Body C5 Brake Conv. Brackets

I was in the garage gathering some things to address my "honey-do" list and saw my new, in-box C5 brake brackets just sitting there on the shelf doing nothing. I think that doing a C5 brake swap is so far down on my list that these guys will just collect dust. I believe that these are the "Bob Bishop" brackets and were purchased some time ago by the previous owner of my car (they came with the car, uninstalled).

I know that the Bob Bishop brackets are no longer produced but there is another place that makes them under the name of "Trackbrackets". The GP rate for these were $239+$10 for shipping the last time I saw people buying them.

I figure that if I could get $225, it would be worth it to sell them.

I'm curious - is it the price or just that not many people are interested in the C5 upgrade?

Price dropped to $150 shipped, firm. This is just over half-price for new, in-box pieces.

I received the PM and have replied (actually to the e-mail).

I really mean it when I say $150 firm. I hope no one is put off by this position but my attitude is if I can't get $150 then I'll keep them for a future project.

Sale pending to pat35. Here is a link to some pictures and the instructions that came with the brackets. I checked the brackets with a magnet and they are not made of steel. They appear to be made of aluminum.

I have no idea how to tell if these are copies or not so if there is something that I should be checking/photographing just tell me.
