4K stall LT1 4l60e/700r4 converter
4K stall LT1 4l60e/700r4 converter
Title says it all. got a used 4k stall lockup converter of unknown brand. It will fit 700r4 as well as 4l60e . I bought it used a couple years ago and probably put about 2500 miles on it at best and about 6 1/8 mi. runs. The previous owner probably put about 3k miles or less on it as well, and he swapped it out for something more streetable in order to daily drive his impala. It was just too much for its intended project for me, went back to my old converter. This converter would be great for a big cammed NA engine. It has an anti-balooning plate. oh, and it looks like a 10". looking for $225 + split shipping.

whatever color you want it to be, lol. I can spring for a can of spray paint and some brake clean!
Just kidding,.....its black. Theres some stampings on it but ive googled all the #'s and came back with nothing.
Full weight (+add-ons) h/c t/a ran like 7.7x 1/8 with 5psi non-intercooled with this in 85* heat an crappy 1.8 60's (spinning nitto DR's on a crappy makeshift track). It was too much stall for my setup, especially when I sprayed it 10 ft. out. Had I had a HD rear with some slicks,....it might be a different story, but I dont and won't for awhile.
