450+HP chevy 383 (needs assembly)

I have the makings of an engine that should net 450+ horsepower. All new in the box $2000 OBO.

Block: Seasoned Chevy 350 block with 4 bolt mains. Needs machining .30 over and clearanceing for stroker crank.
Stroker kit: Speed-O-Motive 383 with high nodular Iron 3.750 crank, 5140 forged 6" I-Beam rods with ARP wave lock bolts, KB light weight hypereutectic flat top pistons 10.2:1, Speed pro cast rings, Clevite tri-metal main and rod bearings.
Cam: Comp Cams # 12-246-3, 230/236 duration @ .05, .487/498 lift. Pete Jackson gear drive.
Lifters: Summit Hydraulic. Push Rods: Summit Chromoly hardened.
Rocker Arms: 1.6 ratio aluminum fully roller Scorpion
Heads: World Products Sportsman II, angle plug, 200cc intake runners, 64cc combustion chambers, 2.02/1.60 valves. Bare
Valves: Manley 2.02 intake, 1.60 exhaust, stainless steel swirl polished.
Springs: Comp Cams # 981-16.
Retainers: Comp Cams # 742-16. Locks: Comp Cams # 601-16.
Guide Plates: Comp Cams # 4806-8. Screw in Studs: Summit 3/8.
Intake: Victor JR single plane. Carburetor: Speed Demon 750 double pumper
Oil pan: 8 quart high capacity with crank scraper and windage tray.
Balancing: Chevy 400 176 tooth flywheel, Chevy 400 chrome fluid harmonic balancer
