4 Z28 rims Whats a fair price
I want to buy these rims from the guy down the street but I don't know much to offer him...
They are off of a 70 z28 15x7. they need to be bead blasted and powder coated but other than that they're in really good shape. I'll try to upload some pictures.

$100? $200 at most. seems like you will have a good bit in restoration & paint.
for $500, you could get some nice ready to use rims off CL.
FWIW, i have heard 15 inch tires are getting harder to come by "cheap"
