396 LT1 short block for sale. Prefer local pickup

Here is the info on it:

Block just back from machine shop. Bores honed, new cam bearings installed, new brass freeze plugs, block painted black.
Billet 4 bolt main caps
Block prepped by Agostino Racing (CNC clearancing??)
Lunati crank (standard and fresh; just had micropolished)
Lunati rods
Ross pistons (dish and yield 9.2-1 compression with a 64cc head)
Custom Lunati grind cam (pretty big; in the 250's intake and high 240's exhaust at .050 for duration)
Brand new Clevite H series bearings for rods and mains.

Engine is disassembled so the buyer can see that these are the actual parts included with the engine. All you need is a set of rings and you are ready to go. this shortblock with some AFR 220's and a ProCharger D1 did 573 hp at the wheels with a baseline tune. Car probably had around 700 or so at the wheels in it once tuned. Agostino was not familiar with the FAST management system so the car left less than 100%.

Asking 4500.

Intersted in any trades? If so I have a 96 Factor One 250 Microsprint in TN that I would trade...

I may consider partial trades but I wouldn't have any use for a microsprint.
