I am selling the 383ci stroker LT1 motor that has been in my '94 Firebird for only 4K miles. The only reason that I am selling it at such a low price is because I am planning on either building a low compression 355ci for a blower application for the same car, or buying a C5. what kind of gas mileage does that engine get

 

That would of course depend on the tranny that you had backing it. I actually drove the car back home to North Carolina from Florida when I bought it, and with a 4l60 auto behind it, I actually got well over 15mpg. Not exactly a Honda Civic, but definitely a lot better than it could be with a motor laying down as much power and torque as it does. Of course with a t56 behind it, I wouldn't be surprised if you saw well over 20mpg on the highway.
