Fully Forged LT1 that was bored out to a 383 , Engine has about 17,000 on it . I bought it from a local guy to make a solid roller out of it but have since changed my plans

So - like asked above - is this an assembled shortblock consisting of the parts listed - all with 17k?
If so - any history on the condition before it was removed and torn down - and why?

All you will need is a cam,balancer and oil pan , I have a canton pan but the baffles are missing for it, It does come with a timing cover

The guy i bought it from needed money so he sold it to me
