I have a 383 small block Chevy stroker motor. It's a mid 70's block that has been cleared for a 400 crank, and bored 0.060 over. The block has been magnafluxed, hot tanked and rotating assembly balanced. Small block includes a Renagade 400 crank, and a speed master balancer. It has a chrome oil pan and a melling high volume oil pump, rod and main bearings are Clevite. It has forged Eagle I beam connecting rods, Forged SRP .060 over pistons w/ a 16cc dish, and JE file fit rings. Also includes Doug Herbert cam and lifters. Cam has a 0.480 lift int./exht. at a 1.5:1 ratio, and 288 adv. duration w/ a Comp Cam double roller timing set up and an Edelbrock timing cover. The heads are Dart Iron Eagles w/ 2.05 intake valves and 1.60 at the exhaust. Heads are brand new still in the box with 64cc chambers and flow 215cfm. I am also including a set of 3/8 rocker studs and guidplates. The motor comes with two intakes manifolds. I have a Weiand single plain, and an Edelbrock performer dual plane. It's all topped with a Speed Demon chokeless 750 double pumper race carb, I also have a set of inlet fuel lines and a K&N stack to go with it. Deck height from piston to block is .0020, motor will run 10.4:1 compression with a .0041 head gasket. Short block is fresh from the shop and was assembled by St. Mary's performance in KC. All parts are brand new and have never been run with exception of the manifolds and carb, but are still in very good condition. Top half is not assembled but can be if buyers wishes. Hate to see this go, but need the money elsewhere. Will take $4000 Desktop dyno says 500hp. Located in Cincinnati, would rather sell local but if buyer pays shipping, it can be put in a crate.
