If you have a 3 series carrier yes it will. I bought these and never put them in and now am strapped for $$$ so that is why I am selling them. I am just giving info out that I got from the previous person that had them.

I don't know what brand the gears are. I bought them used with 1000 miles on them and have not used them since I got them. They are in very good shape though no teeth broken or anything. I am looking to get like $125 shipped or so.
