2 silver painted, not crome.. These rims are in good condition and not fading/peeling.. They shine really good.. There is a small scratch on one near the valve stem and the other one has some minor scratches near the outer edge of the rim that can be polished out with a dremel or something else very easily, both are unnoticeable on either rim... They do not have tires, just the rims, they also come with the center caps.... 40 For both +shipping..
