Exclamation 1996 V6 Rs For Sale

I'm selling my current ride so I can afford a new one (LS1!!!)....here's the breakdown:

1996 Camaro RS V6, 60k auto

Exterior: Black with the RS ground effects and "salad shooter wheels"....blemishes: paint on 3 pc. spoiler is bad, needs to be redone, some scratches on the bottom of the ground effects (this is to be expected, they're too dang LOW! )

Interior: Charcoal Cloth, upholstery is in good condition, The dash has a crack in it (been there since i owned the car, never bothered to change it).

I. C. E.: Eclipse In dash CD player, 4 alpine 6.5's .

Mechanical: Excellent Condition, oil changed regularly, no engine/transmission/drivetrain problems AT ALL....been a very reliable car...drivers front tire needs changing within the next 6 months, it's not dangerously bald at the present but changing it wouldn't hurt.

Only performance mod is a K&N air filter.

$5,995 firm.... if you want pics email me at :

Bulkstacker427@hotmail.com

Call between 3:00 and 11:00 pm central weekdays Phone: 337-207-8317.

I'm located in Lafayette, LA

Also i will gladly answer any questions.

You might have been able to sell the green one in favor of an LS1 if you didn't screw it up so bad with the ugly graphics and Walmart rims, good job on making a decent car ghetto ......in other words keep your comments to yourself jerk....

Since you suggested looking it up........Considering a few small blemishes only and no mechanical problems, from KBB.com.

for a 96 Camaro

Engine: V6 3.8 Liter
Trans: Automatic
Drive: Rear Wheel Drive
Mileage: 60,000

Equipment
Air Conditioning
Power Steering
Tilt Wheel
AM/FM Stereo
Cassette
Dual Front Air Bags
ABS (4-Wheel)

Consumer Rated Condition: Good
"Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. The paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. In states where rust is a problem, this should be very minimal, and a deduction should be made to correct it. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A clean title history is assumed. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail; however major reconditioning should be deducted from the value. Most recent model cars owned by consumers fall into this category.

Private Party Value $4,815
Private Party value represents what you might expect to pay for a used car when purchasing from a private party. It may also represent the value you might expect to receive when selling your own used car to another private party.

I'm not making this up.....if you don't think it's worth 6k then that's your opinion...it just happens to be wrong...but either way I didn't ask for your comments so if you don't mind keep them to yourself

Stop being such a hard ***. If you don't want people's opionion, don't suggest they look it up and don't post it on a message board that allows people to post opinions. In any case your attitude is going to keep buyers away. I am in the market, but there are numerous examples for far less dough. you may think you have a high dollar car but it isn't. I am sure it's nice, so I am not trashing your car. As far as what was pulled from KBB.com, you are still asking more than it's worth. So if you really want to move it, lose the friggin' attitude and treat others with a little more respect. Besides that, deduct the cost for repairing the dash, body blemishes and deduct for the tire(s) and you are right down where it should be.

Kids.......

And that my friend is what is out there and can be had for a reasonable price. Right now I am negotiating on a 96 with 58K miles, fairly loaded and it looks like I will end up getting it for somewhere around $3200. There is another that will need work for under $2K. These V6s are a dime a dozen, some with high miles for dirt cheap. 3 months ago, bought a 94 with 128K miles with a few minor problems for $1,000. It a great car. Many that have low miles are going for 2500-3500 excluding the 98 and later models. The 93-97 are great values in the overly saturated used car market. It's a buyer's market right now and cars will move....Especially if the seller isn't being a jerk.

Here's a hint....no one cares about the cars you are negotiating for, or the car you bought your g/f, or any more of that stupid **** you're blabbing about, I"m only being a jerk to the people deserve it..... if you aren't interested in THE CAR THE POST IS CONCERNING DO NOT REPLY!!! otherwise your just being a jackass trying to sound like you know what you are talking about....the discussion is over, please do not respond anymore unless you are interested in the car......Oh...and no I don't think a $6000 car is a "high dollar" car.....in MY OPINION (the one that matters) it's a fair price to pay for attractive, sporty, and reliable transportation, if you don't agree then DON"T FREAKIN BUY THE CAR....its not that hard......

Dream on little boy. If this is the way you present yourself before a sale, I can image what kind of POS a$$wipe you would be afterward. Here's a hint. If you don't want any comments, don't post here. Delete this stupid thread and shove that car straight up your tailpipe. What a freakin' tool...........
