Does it contain an unbroken plastic insert that is screwed to the underside of the soft armrest/console? This piece attaches to the back of the console by hinges and holds the base and top together. Mine broke last night and I would like to purchase this if it will fit. I will pay shipping/packing charges to Utah - 84047. Thank you.
