1994 z28 4l60e in limp home mode

1994 z28 4l60e in limp home mode

My tranni is in limp home mode (3rd only with manual 2nd mo torque converter lockup. I'm pretty certain the trans is in good shape I feel like it is electrical. Has anyone ever had this problem before and how did u fix it. Any input would be great thanks

First thing the mods will tell you is to post this where it belongs man. You will get better responses from everyone that way.
