17" polished WS6 wheels w/tires (NY)

Set of 4 WS6 wheels/tires. These are the 97-00 style, polished w/WS6 centercaps. These came off a 2000 TA WS6.

The wheels are in excellent condition with only minor imperfections. The tires are the stock Goodyear Eagle F1's. However, they are not the original tires to these wheels....they were replaced. Tread life is very good....I would approximate about 70% life left. The only issue is that the outside edge on two of the tires is worn down due to a bad alignment from the previous owner and one of the tires has a cut in the tread block (just the rubber). If I was going to keep them, I'd just reverse two of the tires (directional) so that the "good" tread was facing outward. There is only one VERY small curb mark on one rim. No other curb marks!

lowered to $575 for the wheels/tires (will not ship)
or
$400 for the wheels + shipping

Located in Rochester, NY

I'm kind of interested but why will you ship the wheels but not the wheels and tires together? On the one pic there are white specks all over the one spoke, is that paint, or flaking clear or something else?
